That should speak volumes on its own, but I should add what makes it a special place.

The land is beautifully located a few miles West of Grahamstown and within easy reach of several ‘Big 5’ reserves. However there is a plentiful supply of animals in outstanding condition on Lukhanyo itself, so there is little need to leave in order to enjoy species such as Giraffe, Kudu and Zebra. On the numerous occasions I have walked the veldt through the valleys and up onto the many ridges, I have managed to get very close to the animals and taken some wonderful photographs.

The guest lodges are 5 star luxury, only surpassed by the main lodge which is decorated  very tastefully by the owners skill at interior design.

The staff will cater for your every need and remain at your service while ensuring your privacy is respected. The farm manager will go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is one that will remain in your memory for a lifetime.

To sum up my feelings, ‘when I arrive, it feels like home, when I leave, I can’t wait to return".
